If you DMPSYSOBJ OBJ(QWCBT00) CONTEXT(QSYS)
you'll see the actual work control block tables. On my system there is
only one:

000240   SYP 19 D0 QWCBT01                         04 01 QSYS 


There can be up to 20 (30 in coming releases), All tables are scanned
if you do a WRKUSRJOB *ALL, check to see how many QWCBTxx
you have.
