UPS shipping rates & zone tables

Got a request today to build two new tables for our UPS deliveries.

One is the zone chart, mapping zip codes to the UPS-designated zones for each
of their services (Ground, Next Day Air, etc.).

The other is the rate chart, using the zone and the weight to find the rate.

UPS has these tables on their web site in Comma-Separated Variable ASCII
format.  They look like a mess!

Before I do, has anyone already "invented these wheels" for the AS/400?:
  1) Defined the two AS/400 tables
  2) Mapped the CSV ASCII data to the AS/400 tables
  3) Designed the logic to take a customer zip code, shipping method, & weight
and find the UPS cost
