As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.

ACE/400 can be found at www.missystems.com.  I believe you need one
server lic $1000 + 1 Developer Lic $1500.  Ask for Al Maleck.

Delphi/400 can be found at http://www.systemobjects.com/  If you already
have delphi you only need to buy The code/400 part of it.  You can
e-mail them for an upgrade quote based on your current config.

They both let you download trial versions for thirty days or so. 

For any large/complex project you really need to take a look at these.
