Hi,
Does anyone know of an exam an employer can use to test the competence of a
prospective employee?  I know there are various certification exams but I
don't think my client wants to go to that much trouble.  I also remember a
web site with an online exam discussed here a month or so ago if anyone can
refresh my memory as to its address.  Or, is there anyone who publishes
tests of this nature, perhaps in a book?

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
