I believe that some "other" brain-dead email programs do certain things when you choose Reply All, and to do something different requires manual intervention. If Don is choosing his To: and CC: manually, then asking him to change that is not a big deal, but if he's using some automatic function of his mailer, you're asking a fair bit. Don is probably made of better stuff than I, but I almost always hit 'Send' first, then remember to make changes of that nature. Is there any way that you can wrangle an upgrade to Outlook 98 or 2000, Ken? Junk that Model-T and at least get up to a Model-A, if there's any way you can! Dave Shaw Spartan International, Inc.
