It is out >there. i got a flyer from manta in the mail today. when you compare what it costs to going to hastings and buying 'learn visual basic in 21 days' for $35-$40, well, that's a problem with some folks. the truth isn't what matters, but what the perception is. we all struggle with saving $100 on a cheaper moniter, or whether to buy an ibm terminal or do you go with brand-x?
