as long as the menu hardcoded the lib to execute your cmd OFF, like
"mylib/off".
In a S36 environment, the system will execute the procedures 1st, before
checking commands. I even put it in QSYS. Still did procedure first.
Many of the S36 procedures can be modified (QSSP/QS36PRC), but not
OFF.   Jim
