Art, Did you load a version older than 4.02? Did you check any compatability lists? I have Windows 2000, Client Access Express and Adaptec EzCd Creator 4.02 running without a hitch. It is documented at MS and Adaptec that Win2K needs version 4.02. (As does Norton Antivirus, PcAnywhere, Winfax and my modem, need upgrades) I love Win2K but I really hate all the upgrades it took to bring everything else along.
