I don't know about full listings or best ways to navigate this stuff, but 
there are 2 resources that I use.

1. WRKMSGF F4 *ALL in library QSYS then access 2nd level message help
2. "Manual" SX41-3720 (almost too small & too useful to be called a manual - 
we may need a new name for something that serves the role that documentation 
is SUPPOSED to serve but has fouled its reputation)
