Angie,
Exactly what are you trying to change by changing job descriptions?  It
sounds like you might be looking to drive the printer output to another OUTQ
or something similar.  Ordinarily, I would not CHGUSRPRF for this - what if
user A signs on to two sessions and wants to use two different companies?
