David, There are a number of PTF's for QNTC, especially on V4R3. This problem in particular is one of them. As a workaround, you can manually add systems to the list by using the MKDIR command. For example MKDIR DIR('/QNTC/SOMESERVER'). The system will then stay in the list until the next IPL. Hope this helps.
