Haven't done this in long enough that I forget its name, but there is a
dBase command that allows you to copy a file to the text format of your
choice including fixed length, comma delimited, DIF,...You can specify the
fields you want or do all. I think you can impose logical conditions on the
records.  From there any means of file transfer that's convenient for you.
