Check out your distribution queues. WRKDSTQ. Is the send depth greater than
one, like three? I cannot remember the exact name of the queue used. We have
set all of our distribution queues to one, expect where dial up is necessary.

The SendEmail Command by David Leland from news400 sept 1998 using the
QtmmSendMail API.

I just downloaded the code compiled it, and added my name to the WrkDirE.

But here's my question(s), p.s. I am so lost here, I have no idea what I'm
doing, so please be gentle, (** I'm on our test box **)

When I use the program from the command line, to either send mail w/ or
without an attachment... It will send it, but only if I have send 2 or more
mails, but it will a wait and then send the 1st message, but only after I
get bored and ping our NT exchange server, so I don't know if there is a
time delay, or I need to ping the exchange, or if there is a queue i need to
adjust... But I would like for it to send the message immediatly after I
hit eneter on the command line... I know I shouldn't have to ping it.. So
that options out...

Any ideas? TIA tim
