This works on my V4R4 box, and it worked on V4R3 too. I tried it in the IFS
and in QDLS. What's the authority of your .jar file? Try OpsNav to
check/set it. There are 3 other job logs to look at - they are server logs:
QZSOSIGN, QZSHSH, QZRCSRVS What do they say? I can send you copies of mine
if you want to see what "normal" looks like.
