Hi Marylou,
You'll need to configure netserver to allow the automatic delivery of
service packs from the as400; of course alternately you can get the PC to
pick up the files from your Compaq server, and get the service packs from
the web, rather than PTF's.

There are some pretty comprehensive redbooks that will help you:
Managing AS/400 V4R4 with Operations Navigator , SG24-5646-00
<http://www.redbooks.ibm.com/abstracts/sg245646.html>
The AS/400 NetServer Advantage , SG24-5196-00
<http://www.redbooks.ibm.com/abstracts/sg245196.html>
AS/400 Client Access Express for Windows: Implementing V4R4M0 , SG24-5191-00
<http://www.redbooks.ibm.com/abstracts/sg245191.html>

Its not that hard though; as far as the general users are concerned there
isn't any difference between 3.2.0 and Express, but within IT there are
plenty of extra things you can do with it.

Regards,
Stuart
