If it exists on the AS/400, I've not seen it.  I do this with UNION:

select name,zip,cur,'1' from master union                   
select 'ZIP',zip,sum(cur),'2' from master group by zip union
select 'Final','999999999',sum(cur),'3' from master          
order by 2,4
