Especially if you're referring to ALL web pages, not just simple little home pages (I don't care if there's 1000000 pages, they're still static and are just for show). I'm not putting down your home page, it's really nice, just try and qualify your statements with real life experience. I love it... Backgrounds, brrr! Frames, GRRR!!! haha... Frames have their place, but i agree, some folks overuse them, but most of the time people that use them are just learning how they work and trying them out. They work better for standard headers than an SSI in every page.
