I don't know what an A20 is, however I can tell you that 3196 and 3197 workstations configuration is just a little bit more intuitive that Einstein's Theory of Relativity. Power off. Power on with space bar pressed. Press set up which will display the address somewhat in the lower right hand corner. Then press either (I forget, but what do you want from me. The last time I configured one of these things I was sitting under an elephant in an Ark.) F23 or F24 to toggle the address from 0 through 6. When all is correct press set up again. I don't remember at this point if the workstation will just come up, or if you have to power off and on again.
