No, it doesn't.

My point was simply to point out that although that particular
web site actively encourages anonymous discussion, the people
involved with that site cannot completely hide behind the mask
of anonymity.

(I've even considered posting anonymously to that web site
myself, but won't for several reasons:  1) Since they could
record certain HTTP variables, the people who run that site
could easy figure out it was me anyways; and 2) since there's
no accountability, anonymous discussion is meaningless.  It
is tempting, though! ;-)
