No decimals in biff download -- MIDRANGE-L

Hello,

we are running a 620 with V4R3 and CA 3.2.0 (latest service pack).

We have 2 NT pc's which do a download from a file in Excel format (biff5).
Since Office service packs were installed on these
pc's, decimal places in the download file are missing.
I can do the download on my machine and decimals come through fine. This
file also loads on the user pc okay.

IBM sent us some PTF's, but they didn't help. 

Any idea where to look further?
