FYI, My book doesn't cover Telnet exit points, but it's a great idea for a
followup.:)

I wrote some FTP exit points and got all the (vague) information.  I believe
that the Telnet exit points are exactly the same deal (as with most TCPIP
reference points.)

I can't part with the code, because it's part of FTPTOOL (one of my software
packages), but hopefully this will lead you in the right direction.
