RUNRMTCMD and Win NT -- MIDRANGE-L

Previously I posted a mail with some detail regarding 
help needed with automatic transfer of data to a windows NT
PC.  I have solved my problem.
I found the information on :-
http://www.as400.ibm.com/clientaccess/caNTSched.htm

This info is very good and accurate, even tho I still cant 
get the API to work (LOGONUSR).
Essentially transferring an NT update from the AS400 is
the same as transferring any data from the AS400 to Win NT.

My mistake was I needed to reboot after I changed the 
windows NT registry.
