In addition to NOT improving CLP's,  DDS,  SEU, ......
They are not improving CL Commands either.

Rochester says "Get Modern, Call an API from a high level program"

"Oh, You want a system operator who doesn't know how to program a HLL to
write in their language(ie CLP),  Oh, Hadn't thought of that"
"Operators Don't know how to code HLL's? Hmm. "

BTW It seems that the ONLY HLL is Java.
