Jon, Gee, I'm surprised they never ported the PL/MI front end to OS/2 (not that that would have helped anyone much - grin). I understand SEU has some real interesting screen handling routines - user-defined data stream stuff that's REALLY old and ugly. Somehow I think that if folks really want an open-source editor to run on the /400, they'd be better off coding it from scratch than trying to figure out the old monster.
