Philipp correctly answered your questions but there are a couple points
I'd like to make:

 1) If the NT Server is NOT stopped when the backup is performed then
your NT server storage objects will not be backed up.  Note that
depending on the size of the storage spaces they will either be in an
AS/400 library (up to 1G if memory serves) or in the IFS if larger. This
means you need to pay attention to what you are saving in order to get
them all at once.

 2) If you look at the QNTC directory from a PC or via WRKLNK you can
see NT files/programs directly. (Yes Option 4 will delete them. I love
terrorizing NT sysops!)  Until V4R5 (the one you can't get yet.) you
cannot back these NT files/programs up the the SAV command.
