Second answer: All you have to do is to vary off the tape device (at the AS/400-Side) you want to use at the NT Side, then you have a folder called something like "AS/400-Services" (sorry, but I use the german version of it) in your NT-Programs-list, where you can allocate that device for the use with NT programs. Like this you can use NT's own, but simple backup, or something more sophisticated like Seagate (now Veritas) Backup Exec or ArcserveIT to do scheduled backup jobs.
