I know nothing about this topic.  Never tried it.  Didn't know
about the "Tasks Menu" interface until a few weeks ago...

The "More Cool Stuff Than Ever"
redbook (SG24-5190) says you need *SECOFR and *SECADM authority
to sign on as administrator for the HTTP server (on page 50).
So, if you are trying to sign on with a wimpy profile, you might
try a more powerful one...

Does anyone know what *SECOFR authority
might mean?  I understand what *SECADM --special-- authority is, but
there isn't a *SECOFR --special-- authority... Seems a little murky
to me.  The sentence in the redbook says:

"Sign on with a user that has *SECOFR and *SECADM authority."
