If the files are at the same level, then the RI is restored. If they are at different levels, it will be marked "check pending" and you will need to clean this up after the restore. This usually occurs when a parent file changes during a save. Use save while active or quiesce the system. If your RI includes rules other than restrict, then you will probably be using journals and any check pending issues can usually be resolved through the application of the journal entries. =========================================================== R.
