Workstation Customization Objects -- MIDRANGE-L

Can anyone shed light on this subject?  We're a "Netmanage -
NS/Portfolio" shop and would like to start using Client Access Express.

Problem is, we have some users that require overlaying forms (ie.
purchase orders).  Is this the only way to control margins, fonts, and
such?

Is it easy to modify WSCSTs?  Is there anything better out there?  Should
we spend the money and stay with NS/Portfolio for AS/400?
