It is an old system that I have at home and I was having trouble setting up TCP/IP. (actually, I did not have TCP/IP when I started to hook things up. I found some tapes and loaded it on but am still having trouble setting up C/A. I can do ftp to the 400 but can not seem to get C/A to work) Thanks for the info. I will go home and try this. Do a WRKCFGSTS *lin <ethernet line name) and you will see the address. It is a long (12? byte) hex number like 42002542142. Jerry Just wondering. Why are you using the NSRouter and SNA. All necesary client services are now available via TCP/IP. Unless you have a specific condition, I suggest you move totally to TCP/IP and dispense with the NSRouter completely. It's a hog.
