Client Access level -- MIDRANGE-L

Hi all,

As a result of failed attempts to load some client access ptf's I have
noticed from go licpgm/option 10 that CA/400 5769-XW1 is showing an
installed status of *COMPATABLE / V4R4M0 even though our operating sytem is
at V4R3. I have never noticed a product having a higher release level than
the operating system before.
Is this normal or could this be the reason I can't seem to load the PTF's ? 

We are at the latest Cum PTF package on V4R3
