If the program is compiled with debug information in it, you can use either strdbg or strisdb to reconstruct a listing. I think if you check the Midrange Computing and News400 web sites you may find a tool that might do what you want. $650 doesn't sound too bad if you consider the labor involved in the above if the program is big.
