I am not entire sure but I seem to remember seeing this message when the
IP address to domain name translation was wrong in the host file.
Otherwise check the hostservers or just start them all like this
STRHOSTSRV *ALL.

We are very new to the AS/400 platform and are in the process of porting
our Domino Admin Application from NT to the AS/400.  Our box is here and
our developer is remote.   The developer as well as ourselves have been
unable to initiate successful client access as we get the following
error:
"Cwbsys1000- communication error while validating security information
on
system AS400".

Any pushes in the right direction would be appreciated.  Thank you.
