Don't you have to PAY for the *HONOR* of reporting bugs via the
supportline phone system?  AND, doesn't this contract have to be IN PLACE
IN ADVANCE OF ANY BUG YOU GET????  Yeah, you can (yawn) email or fax it
in...and hope that the Miami doesn't freeze over first....:)

I'm sorry, this topic tends to get me about as annoyed as IBM not policing
their business partners...:)   And, if you've been to Soundoff of late,
you've gotten a double snootful of that as well...:)  which is almost as
annoying as "tiered pricing"...
