Vary all three off and look at the modem lights.  Vary on one of the three
and see which modem light's change.  That'll tell you which line goes to
which modem.  Label the modem with the line description.

One by one, take the phone line out of the modem and plug it into a $5.00
phone from K-Mart.  Call somebody with caller ID and have them tell you the
phone number.  If you must dial 9 to get out, dial 0 and ask your operator
to give you the number you are calling from.  Write the phone number down on
the modem.
