You want to use a WSCST to adjust the line spacing using the tag VARLSPC. Play 
with the subtag CNVDEN to adjust the line spacing. The sample
below from an HP8000 yours may vary.

 :VARLSPC
   VAROFFSET=    3
   VARLEN=    3
   VARTYPE=CHRDEC
   CNVNUM=    1
   CNVDEN=   48
   DATA ='1B266C00000043'X.
