This is still off topic but IBM/Lotus just flabbergasted me.

Some of you may remember the other day I asked on this list for 
suggestions for help with Lotus Notes.

In my e-mail last night was a message from an individual at IBM-Rochester 
with a great long list of places to look.  It had been forwarded from 
someone else at IBM. 

I have to admit that I was amazed, truly amazed.   Maybe the talk of IBM 
being a faceless and unseeing monolith is not true?
