BRMS install/setup help -- MIDRANGE-L

I need to install BRMS on a model 620 running OS/400 v4r3.  
I am looking for a step by step checklist of how to load it. 
As complicated as BRMS is, I just need to make sure that I don't 
miss any steps. 

Any help with this would be appreciated.
