Pete, you are exactly right imho. If there are problems of understanding it is my experience that an open and frank discussion creates the correct atmosphere for both parties. There is only one or two places that have ever hurt me, and I just don't go back to those places. People don't like being in the dark, and they don't like their property being taken.
