I apologise if anyone has already answered this. My e-mail account had a
problem that took a week to rectify, now I'm playing catch-up.
The two gregorian dates 02/20/39 & 02/18/80 have been "windowed" - that is -
they are both considered ON or AFTER 01/01/40. Therefore these dates are really
considered 02/02/2039 & 02/18/1980, hence 59 years.

Hi,

I can't figure out why I'm getting an error when using SUBDUR to
calculate the number of years between two dates. I'm starting out
with
 02/20/39 in BIRTHDATE
 02/18/80 in JDATE

I end up with 59 in AGEATHIRE
It should end up with 40 years. Does anyone know why it's wrong and
what I can do to correct it?

Thanks

Gary Kuznitz
