The complete bundle of all code from that issue is at: http://www.as400network.com/Code/Newscode/1992Other/BundleFiles/code9201.exe from which you can extract the two DSPF's and one RPG source. The utility is somewhat dated, in that it uses UDDS instead of DSM and only handles 24x80 screens. But according to the article it does handle converting display attributes HI, UL, and ND for you. (You must look at the non-display too since the screen buffer returned to you includes the contents of non-displayed fields).
