List Footer Suggestions

I'd like to suggest the following changes to the list footer.

1) Prefix e-mail addresses with "mailto:" so we can click and e-mail
2) Add a link to the FAQ (http://archive.midrange.com/midrange-l-archive/)
3) Add a line in the footer telling me who I'm subscribed as.

My sample footer would be:

Thoughts? David, everything but the "subscribed as" e-mail should be easy.
But the subscribed as e-mail is almost the most important. I have several
e-mail addresses that filter into my inbox and it's nice to know who this
was e-mailed to.
