  • Subject: Faster CPU, barcode scanner problem

I am posting this for a friend. They upgraded to a faster AS/400 CPU and
now their Symbol barcode scanner doesn't seem to be functioning as quickly
as possible. It's a wedge type deal connected to an IO terminal. They get
the 0005 error in the lower left. They seem to have a 75% reduction in
productivity because of this. Local keyboard and system keyboard buffers
have been checked.

This was working fine before the upgrade. Any ideas? PTFs? TIA.
