Al,

I remember reading somewhere (think it was here!) that GO BACKUP is
discontinued.  Everyone should be using GO SAVE instead.  Cant remember any
more than that - sorry!
Also, where did you hear the comment about tape life?  And which particular
tape - QIC, 8mm, 3590 etc...
