Ok, I must be missing something.  I'm trying to get the Web Server to show a
customized error page instead of the standard 404 page not found that you
get from the internet.  The log shows that 404 is the error but it won't
show the error page.  Permissions on the error page is identical to that on
the default welcome page.  What am I doing wrong????
