Hi,

I agree with you Jerry. I am also convinced that having something free (or
with a small fee) is not always the best choice. Sometimes it works well,
most of the times not. However, it is worth to have a try. If, what they
give you free, fit your needs, why not?
By the way, the original question was different. He was asking some
suggestions or ideas to work with CA express in the way he wanted (just the
5250 emulator and nothing else). I cannot give him any good, really working
suggestion.
We also have a TCP/IP 5250 emulator solution. It is not free, but it is only
a 60 US$ per seat.
If anyone is interested, there is a 30 days evaluation (full function) copy
available on our site. The name of the product is Net-2000.
