I'm in the process of setting up a new 720 and am having problems configuring e-mail. We are introducing a new mail server and our PC group has decided that all e-mail addresses for the company are to be first letter of firstname followed by surname with no limit on the number of characters. This is causing me problems in sending mails using SNDDST for users with e-mail addresses longer that 8 characters. Is there a way of setting up directory entries for users with e-mail addresses longer than this? At present I am using an entry *ANY at MAIL which routes to our mail server (set up in CHGSMTPA) and this works fine for all users with 8 characters or less as their e-mail address.
