Ftp quit working -- MIDRANGE-L

Hi all,

  Our Novell network guys upgraded the Novell Client on my PC and now all my ftp
client software (ftp.exe, wsftp-pro, bluezone) hangs (or maybe never gets a
response) with I try to ftp to the 400.  I can ping it ok so it appears the
connectivity is there.  I can also ftp to external internet addresses ok.  The
Client Version they installed is 3.1.0.0 SP2.  Any network savvy folks know
something I can check?
