HTML SSI : Server Side Includes

Hello Brad, I am sorry to bother you. I am trying your SSI examples from your 
e-rpg book.

I can not get the SSI working. The output that those sample pages suppose 
generate does not generate.

For example, the time and date, and the document name. The other  example that 
I can  not get into working is the SSI with CGI. I wrote my own CGI rpg program 
to be called from the AS/400 to simulate your example source in the html. But 
it does not call the CGI.

Please note that I have enabled the "Imbeds On html" directive in my HTTP 
config file.

Please help.
