Local control point name has nothing to do with distribution directory.
You do not need to reenroll.
Local control point name is part of APPN configuration.
It's a part of system network address - to make a parallel with TCP/IP host
name host@domain, it is similar to host name. APPN analogue to domain name
is network ID.
